RECIPE FRIDAY: Salt-Baked Fish 😍

PREP:
🐟 For each pound of fish pour one pound of salt into a big container
🐟 Mix with egg whites
🐟 Place in the oven for one hour
🐟 Take out of oven, pour a little bit of vodka on top and LIGHT-IT-UP!
🐟 Carefully remove salt layer
🐟 Serve and enjoy!

Our preferred sides with this dish: grilled asparagus and hasselback potatoes 🥔❤️
