Great encounters at the Skal meeting yesterday: This well traveled lady on my left has visited 193 countries (which are ALL countries recognized by the UN) and then some more not officially recognized (such as the Vatikan, Palastinia, and Taiwan).
I learned that only about 400 people on earth have done what she did!
There is also the Travelers Century Club with about 1400 members. These are people who traveled to more than 100 countries. This bags the question:
How many countries have you been to?

Is the Panama Canal on your travel bucket list? If it isn't, make sure to add it!
An incredible engineering masterpiece, and thanks to our wonderful our group got up close to the locks and ships!
Did you know that you can even do a mini-Panama-canal cruise on Lake Gatun, the man-made lake that helped bridge the elevation gap to cross the continent? A dam was built, a valley (including 15 villages) flooded, and now huge containerships cross the continent in mere hours rather than having to travel through the tip of South America. An amazing man-made wonder - making for a unique incentive experience!
Add a boatride on Lake Gatun and a ride on the skytram through the Rainforest to see and monkeys and tucans and other wild animals in their natural habitat. Stay in the Gombea lodge in the midst of the rain forrest - It's simply panamazing!!!

What a fabulous just finished. 3 days of meetings with hotels and hospitality suppliers, colleagues, and friends, high energy and some of the best fun under the sun! 🙌 We maxed out our time for sure, never a dull moment!

Because we like to think creatively outside the box - or Cocoon- as we call it!
Spread your wings and turn into a beautiful butterfly that is an inspiration and motivation to others!
After all, that's the ultimate goal of any corporate event and company culture!

True to our name and as a tribute to the Monarch butterflies, we planted milkweed, which attracted 🦋 , which laid their eggs. Next came the very hungry caterpillars 🐛 eating on the milkweed, turning into cocoons and eventually transformed into the beautiful butterflies we admire!
