and collecting as well as reviewing proposals. Once the options are narrowed, we will coordinate and es**rt you on your ship/site inspections. Lastly, we will use our relationships, expertise and industry insight to facilitate the contracting process, saving you time, maximizing your value and reducing your risk. Once the cruise is contracted, we make the planning process manageable, providing a dedicated cruise event services manager, your one-stop resource, to deliver the support services you typically receive from a hotel’s convention services manager and a destination DMC. The key to success is continuity, so our cruise event services manager sails with you serving as your liaison with the ship and shore-side vendors, making your entire experience seamless from inception to post event wrap-up.
