Tell us one thing couples shouldn’t skip on wedding day? I’ll go first: make time for portraits. Not just for the obvious reason - the photos last forever. But I didn’t realize this was the only time I really had one on one with my husband until after the reception. To this day it was my favorite part of the whole day.

Whether it’s a first look or dedicated time after ceremony, make sure to plan it out with your photographer so you don’t end up with an album full of beautiful pics of everything but the bride and groom together. ✨
