Meet our small but mighty team! Starting off with our owners Jose (Pepe) & Nixia! The place truly wouldn’t run without them guiding us! Pepe is our favorite wood-work artist, he as a passion for turn wood into beautiful projects. Many of those projects include our tree house, NIJAK garden area for ceremonies! Nixia has a passion for decorating & bring your vision come to life, she will put her hard work to make everything beautiful! She can also be your MC of the night! You can also find her at the end of the night on the dance floor dancing away. Ivingz is next up, this young lady has taken on training our beautiful quinceañeras, brides to be etc how to do ride and get comfortable with the horses! She also is part of decorating committee & up to most recently MC! Next up is los Abuelo’s! Don Mario & Doña Maria, they help with all our Home Depot runs! Lol just kidding, they do a variety of things Don Mario you can see him assisting with parking, feeding the horses, keeping our grass nice & trimmed! Doña Maria helps with decorating, parking, taking care of our plants and feeding all our other animals. & lastly you have us Addisson & Lesly, we are the jacks of all trades, you can see us helping with waiters, bartending, parking, decorating & running the social media accounts!
We all have multiple hats we wear to make everything you want a reality! We are called Rancho La Familia, because we are family own business that will treat those who book with us like family!
