Summer is officially here, and has the ultimate grilling guide for you! 🔥

1. Start with a clean grill. Heat it up, then brush with a stainless steel grill brush.
2. Keep the grill hot for the best results.
3. Use a healthy, flavorless cooking spray on proteins and veggies to prevent sticking.
4. Let meat sit out for 20-30 mins before grilling & rest for 10 mins before slicing.
5. Don't over season—salt right before serving for max flavor.
6. Try something new: grilled romaine & cucumbers for a salad, or grilled watermelon with mint, feta & olives.
