Meet Andrea Shorey, one of the talented aerialists featured in this premiere, who also moonlights as the owner of Downtown Yoga & Healing Arts. Certified in aerial sling since 2018, Andrea offers dynamic weekly classes for beginners and intermediate students, ages 6 and up. DTY is proud to have brought Flips & Tricks to central Maine!

Today's meet the Music Video team is: Rick Burns! (Our videographer & editor)

Rick is a 1992 graduate of the New England School of Communications. While attending, he received the “Sound Recording Student of the Year” award. Following this, Rick honed his craft as a videographer and editor producing commercials, documentaries, promotional and music videos. His video journalism work was acknowledged in 1997 with an Associated Press First Place Feature Award while working at WFMJ, an NBC affiliate in Ohio. In 2017, Rick won a Videographer Award for the music video, “Move Me”, which he wrote, performed and produced. In 2022, he was the recipient of a Viddy Gold Award for a documentary video about the Augusta Mental Health Institute. Most recently, he received a 2023 Gold Award from AVA Digital Awards for his video work featuring The University of Maine at Augusta’s Aviation Program. In addition, Rick’s video work with multimedia companies, along with NBC and CBS affiliates, has taken him to several states, as well as to Canada and the Dominican Republic. Currently, he is a Senior Events and Learning Media Production Specialist at UMA, producing videos and facilitating live events for the University System.

Meet: Lilley Dos Santos!

Lilley is an extraordinary 9-year-old homeschooler whose imagination and energy light up the room! Her days are as dynamic as her aerial yoga poses and as spirited as her cheering routines. Lilley also loves reading Harry Potter, volunteering, and her favorite dessert is ice cream. Fun fact she lives on a farm.

Lab Brats is premiering their first-ever music video "You Will Carry Me"! Filmed in Winthrop, ME and starring many Maine-based performers, this event celebrates the work put into this production!

Belinda Green------

Belinda is an aerialist, co-owner of Aerial Arts 207, teacher and performer of lyra (aerial hoop), lollipop, and flow arts. She has been working on flow arts since 2013, found fire spinning in 2014, and aerial in 2017 (starting with pole fitness). It’s been a journey to learn and explore several different props, but also so beneficial for the mind and body, she enjoys sharing her arts with others.

Join the Nerdquake Dance Challege for a chance to be featured in the Official Nerdquake Music Video!

1. Dress up in your best nerdy outfit (think glasses, suspenders, bowties & anything geeky!)
2. Record a fun (bonus points for creativity!) video of you dancing to our song "Nerdquake".
