If you are planning something amazing an unforgettable for yourself or you love one. This is how we are different.. what you can expect when booking your event with us?🦋

Preciousevents by Ana is a personalized event planning experience. At one on one service to accommodate you and your vision for your birthday, babyshower, wedding,surprises, and social event.

🦋Step 1: It is book a in person or video 1 hour consultation to go over the details of your event. This can be done on the LINK ON BIO or by contacting us directly.
We will discuss overall design of your vision which includes colors, venue selection,invitation,atmosphere,entertai--‐ment,catering ,flowers, decor, clothing selection (weddings), timelines, and other important vendors.

🦋Step 2: On a 24 to 48 hour period an estimate or proposal will be submitted for approval and when approve a non-refundable 50% deposit will be require to start moving foward with your event.

🦋Step 3: Once proposal is approved, the process will begin to purchase everything needed and to but vendors.

When you hired our services, you are hiring responsibility, creativity, and dedication time. Your are taking a headache away from yourself. Not event is too big or too small, but it sure takes some work. For that reason, please for large event, book in advance. Booking in advance will make your event look as you dreamed. Nothing in a rush will look perfect.✍💥

Step 4: Final Payment will be due a week prior the event is completed in order to finish paying vendors and everyone involve with your event. Day of managment will be include if requested.

Ps:

🎈Luxury Balloon, Surprises, Bouquets are add on services offer to you.That is additional charge to the event planning fees. For personalized balloons decor it is require to be pay in full at at least order a week on advance through dms or direct contact to the phone on BIO.
