This memory popped up today...
And I must say Johnny Martinez, we have come along way. From selling phone cases at the farmers market in 2013 every weekend for a year to moving cross-country at the end of 2014. I remember the airline (I will not disclose which one) busted your wheelchair and although they agreed to pay for repairs/ a new one, we still had to figure it out temporarily. Shortly after settling into our new home in Colorado Springs, the company the airline agreed to work with sent a wheelchair specialist to our home. Little did that man know, You were the real specialist! I remember him leaving our home and coming back the next day offering you a Job and a Badass Electric Wheelchair too. I can't help but think how funny life can be. That new wheelchair inspired you to venture out on the town on your own to test your new ride and not only did you promote the wheelchair and the company but unbeknownst at the time; those joy ride would lead you to a particular farmers market that truly inspired what we do today; which includes promoting the joy inspired by a little town in Colorado, right here in our community and my hometown.
