Attending the Engage Summit has been a dream I've held close to my heart for years. I’d often tell myself, “Next year, I’ll make it happen,” only to watch life’s curveballs turn "next year" into the year after that—and then five years later.

This week isn’t just an event for me; it’s a deeply personal victory. If time travel were possible and you had the opportunity to sit down with yourself one year ago, what would you say? Let’s be real, our list of advice could easily be a mile long, but if I had to narrow it down to four things, this is what I would say:
