I’ve been channeling some NOLA dishes this week for Mardi Gras ! Creole spiced , pan seared catfish with andouille cream sauce over “dirty rice “ with andouille , peppers and onions . Definitely takes me to NOLA ! Made some gumbo too !

Merry Christmas to all !
We miss you all and hope you have a wonderful holiday ! This has been a very different year for us and we’ve missed hosting all your holiday celebrations at Watermark this year . We’re so thankful for all of you that have hired me this year to cater your weddings and events and celebration dinners ! it’s been wonderful to be cooking and still getting to see so many of your faces . We look forward to a new year and Any opportunities to cook for you again ! Please keep us in mind for any celebrations in the new year !

Someone got an amazing birthday dinner last night ! Started with crab legs and shrimp
cocktail with Piper Heidsieck Champagne , Waygu ribeye , lobster parisian gnocchi with alfredo sauce with a bottle of Shafer Relentless , and christmas cookies with boozy eggnog for dessert . What an amazing meal this was ! Most expensive meal i’ve ever prepared ! lol but so worth it ! Happy Birthday to Eric !!

Catered a small wedding last evening at a beautiful venue Reverie at Southbrook Church in Miamisburg . It’s a really lovely space with its own private chapel that is gorgeous . Congratulations to Eleanor and Genesis ! This one was special as I knew the bride and her parents which is always so special
for me to be part of these celebrations !
Congratulations and thankyou for having me cater this most important meal !

Well-known for her creative takes on classic fare, as well as introducing diners to unusual ingredients and combinations, Chef Maria’s Watermark offers dinner service Monday through Saturday evenings, as well as a unique and flavorful Sunday Brunch. Also available for private parties and catering.
