Costume World is open Saturday till 7pm or later if requested. The street was opened again after the First annual Halloween parade started by Johnny Stimley for Mayor. Trick or treating until 5pm in the Uptown Arts District. Costume World will be open Sunday through Tuesdays 12- 5pm.
