This movement has a lot of time under tension which is proven to target muscle hypertrophy.

Starting out with Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats with a slight hinge forward. Be sure to be doing this at a challenging weight for 4 sets of 12 reps per leg.
This movement is great at targeting the glutes more so than the quads in a traditional split squat.
