🌟 Member Spotlight: Chelsea! 🌟
Chelsea has been crushing it in the gym, showing up consistently and smashing her goals with grit and determination. 💪 But that’s not all—she’s also a superstar outside the gym! 🎉 Recently, Chelsea was honored as Teacher of the Year for her amazing dedication and impact in the classroom. 👩‍🏫🍎
Chelsea’s biggest accomplishment this year is staying consistent and attending class even on the days where sleeping in was a tempting option. She is also happy with the work she’s put in on her squat, squatting 153 lbs for 5 on a front squat and 183 for 3 reps on her back squat. That’s a lot of weight!
Her favorite thing about Thrive is “waking up and starting my day with the 5 AM crew. I look forward to the crazy conversations and laughs we share every day.”
If anyone is hesitant in starting at Thrive, Chelsea would tell them that although it may seem intimidating at first, “the community and coaches make the experience enjoyable.”

Meet Alfonso—superintendent by trade, 5 AM warrior by choice, and super strong guy all the time. 💪 This guy doesn’t just show up—he comes to work. Recently, he annihilated the CrossFit workout “Grace” in just 3:56 (yes, you read that right… 3:56 🏆).

But Alfonso didn’t stop there. He’s taken his commitment to the next level by upgrading to an Unlimited Membership to put in more hours at the gym and soak up some well-earned recovery in the sauna. 💦

Here’s the harsh reality:

You’ve poured everything into building your career, your business, your lifestyle.
