Meats (Beef,Turkey,Ham) are starting to come off the smoker. Once sliced after they rest I’ll update how much I have exactly. Get on my list now to hold your spot.
$16 a lb. Pick up will be this afternoon between 4-5:30 or the next 2 days after I get home from work.

Okay I haven’t been doing a lot of meats lately on the smoker. I have to make some for a party on Sunday 1/7/24. We have decided we might as well fill up the smokers. Gonna have pit ham,turkey,beef and pulled pork available the evening of the 7th. We have to make sides also Amish macaroni salad, potato salad, smoked beans. Let us know if you want to preorder any. I will offer up any extras that I have after slicing it all up.
