Be sure to check out the final episode of “Farmer Wants a Wife” with host Jennifer Nettles, tomorrow night, May 16th at 9pm on Fox (5). The cast and crew filmed this episode which was all done here at The Middleburg Barn in December.

“Last Thursday, our company had the pleasure of hosting our Kentucky Derby-themed annual awards ceremony at The Middleburg Barn.

The venue itself was spectacular, with a spacious, elegantly appointed grand room that transported our guests straight to Churchill Downs. Of course, no Derby experience would be complete without a nod to the four-legged stars of the race. Enter King, a magnificent horse who was the centerpiece of our event. King's regal presence added an authentic touch that engaged and delighted our attendees, creating picture-perfect moments we'll cherish for years to come.

But what truly separated this venue from others were the unexpected touches—the thoughtful attention to detail and the staff's ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. This level of service brought the event to life, allowing us and our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Our annual awards are a hallmark of our company culture, a night meant to shine and sparkle as we honor the hard work and dedication of our team.

Did you know that the second season of the reality TV show, “Farmer Wants A Wife”, with host Jennifer Nettles, filmed an important episode here at ? It’s true! The cast and crew were here for several days and took over the farm! The Farmers and the Ladies and Jennifer Nettles were all here. The episode will air in May (details to follow) and we can’t wait! We’ve had our share of swan drama for the last two months and it SERIOUSLY TAKES A VILLAGE to help with their antics! Thank you so much to the team at Fields of Athenry Farm who saved the day headed by superwoman, Elaine in returning Ginger to our farm today! Ginger did a walkabout and landed in a neighboring pond and was there for a few days! Thank you Elaine Boland for all your help!

Well, this is unusual request, but did we have a choice? We basically had to agree to help... The U.S. Department of The Bureau of Land Management contacted us to help this week. They oversees 26.9 million acres of land used by wild horses, wild burros and other species. Apparently, they are bringing in 10,000 wild horses that they need help with penning for some sort of awareness event in DC this week. We've agreed to letting them us our farm to pen 5,000 wild horses at our farm... I know it's a lot, but I think it'll be ok... Sorry, Middleburg.... the traffic is going to be tough on Route 50 with tractor trailers of horses being delivered all day and night today. 🥲🫣
