As the warmer weather is soon to come, my attention turns to the beautiful weddings I will be hired to photograph. Gone are the extra long days of 8-10 hours of photographing. I did my time. Now I only offer short- term photographic coverage that highlights your special moments. You can hire me for 1- 3 hours. That's right, believe it or not, I can photograph most of the important shots from your wedding day. Think about it, most long weddings have a lot of hurry up and wait. I thought I would show you what you can get for just 1.5 hours as in the case of Mark and Luanna's wedding. They were married on the back deck of his Mother's home overlooking the mountains. There were just 6 guests(4 children) plus Mom, the sister that married them and the bride and groom. There was no large fanfare, just heartfelt love, smiles and hugs.

What a wonderful time at Mackenzie and William's wedding. The day was perfect. I just loved the way the two looked at each other. You could feel the love all around. Here are just a few photos from that day.

These are just a few photos of Erin that we took during the warmer days of Fall. I loved that in reality it was only a few feet off the main road, although it looks like we hiked deep into the mountains. Thank you Nature for providing such a wonderful backdrop.

This set of photos are perhaps my favorites( taken about a week ago) during the warm days of Fall. I was contacted by Erin who found this wonderful location just a few feet from the main road. We spent about 15 minutes taking photos showing what Fall in upstate NY looks like. Here are just a few from that day.

So beautiful at 14 years old. I have photographed her since she was just a little girl. Such a pleasure to capture these special moments.

Only had a few minutes to take some bridal photos. The weather was perfect and I loved how the Sun kissed the top of her head.

We were not hired to photograph the wedding, just the party after but I was able to pull the bride, Marian away from the festivities and get a few portraits of her. The sun gently cascaded across her hair making the perfect light for this set of photos.

How cute is this couple? Peter and Marian from Washington, DC had their reception at Creekside Station in Hartwick, NY. Such a lovely place to have a family gathering and reception. And as you can see the day's weather was perfect.
