FLASHBACK FRIDAY!! Here's another ultra, ultra rare glimpse into the Hillclimbs of the 1940's. This came from an 8mm movie that was found on a dusty shelf in a member's home and then transferred to video for all the world to see. If you only ever watch one of our videos....this is it. This is the Holy Grail from the Horsemen History Project. An ultra, ultra rare copy of the 1941 Goshen Iron Horsemen at a Hillclimb. Awesome stuff with some old iron making its way up the hill!!

Absolutely fantastic find from the Horsemen History Project. How about a video from the 1941 Flat Track Races at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana???? An awesome piece of local history and great to see what it was like back in the day. Also-- check out the Variety Show on the main stage. Jugglers and Acrobats all part of a flat track race?? Why Not?!?!?
