The Part-Time Event Staff role involves:

✔️ Physical work — setting up, tearing down, and maintaining event spaces
✔️ Working directly with clients and guests during weddings and events
✔️ Weekend shifts (usually Saturdays)
✔️ Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every guest

We take pride in what we do and expect a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Summer 2025 dates have opened up! The weekends of July 5th and 12th, and August 2nd and 9th are now available to book at Willow Creek 💍✨ The landscaping loves to show off as the perfect backdrop for outdoor summer weddings, offering lots of shade for guests (plus misters and bistro umbrellas) and plenty of photo ops 📸 Head to our website to book a tour!

A thank you to our amazing team ❤️

Last night, we toasted to our third season of Willow Creek with our staff and their families 🥂

When we first opened, we thought about the help we'd need to deliver the best experience to our future couples. The hours required, skillsets needed, and personalities to blend together.

And with each season, we've found that, and then some. We've found more incredible people who carry out the vision we had for the venue and have become family in the process.

We couldn't do this without them, and we are so grateful ✨️ Here's to the steady presence wearing the STAFF badge working behind the scenes. We see you, and we thank you!!

We're usually the ones behind the scenes 📷 but as we get ready to kick off the first wedding of our season we can't help but think back to the one that started it all and how Willow Creek (WC) came to be 💞

We are Patricia and Sarah, and it was thanks to Sarah's now husband Jared that our family property now hosts more than our family barbecues.

After deciding to host their own wedding there and the planning began in early 2020, the ideas and excitement evolved into the full venue you see today. We've poured ourselves into creating these spaces and curating the experience for our couples and their guests, building on the feelings and comforts of home.

With a nearly fully booked 2022 season we couldn't be more excited that June has arrived and the weddings are about to begin! 💍

To all of the couples who've chosen to say "I do" at WC, we wish we could articulate what that means to us ❤️ And we thank you for inviting us to be a part of such a precious day. Its our honor, and our privilege. A toast to you, and an amazing 2022! 🥂

"We chose Willow Creek Wedding and Event Venue for a few reasons really. It embodies simple elegance, not bland or boring, not over the top and gaudy, not to one way or another, actually quite breathtaking in its simplicity, being true to itself, being vibrant as it is. True to form for what a venue for your special day should be. A blank canvas for which you can paint your visions on, sketch your futures together, and intertwine your lives.

The outside ceremony center has a natural beauty to it with backdrops and greenery and the customization opportunity to make your own arbor, rent an arbor, or really tailor the space to your needs. Additionally the reception area with the large back porch covered and shaded area where twinkly lights and misters and festive decorations can be hung and strung give a sense of vibrancy to the space and a sense of elevation to the wedding party and its guests (allowing separation to highlight the Bride and Groom and their respective Wedding party while not separating and creating a divide between the guests and the wedding party).

Not to mention the Bridal suite is stunning and vibrant with its elegant backdrop over the property, the pedestal and mirror wall and the many stations to prepare, while the Groom's suite is slightly laid back and rustic and entertaining."
