The SpikeFish Catering team was honored to provide catering services for a high-profile fundraiser supporting Pennsylvania State Representative Tom Jones and State Treasurer Stacy Garrity, who is pursuing the office of Governor of Pennsylvania. We deployed a team of 10 uniformed cocktail waitresses, 2 event coordinators, and 2 chefs to ensure the success of this event. Our carefully crafted menu featured crab stuffed portobellos with a champagne crème sauce, garlic roasted butternut squash shrimp bite, smoked salmon canapés, antipasto skewers, lightly smoked meatballs in a vodka sauce, chicken & cranberry pinwheels, and sweet chili spring rolls. For dessert, we offered Cinnamon Toast Crunch cupcakes, chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, pumpkin cheesecake cupcakes, and assorted mini cheesecake bites. We were privileged to work at the stunning Star Barn at the Stone Gable Estates in Elizabethtown and wish Tom and Stacy the best of luck in their campaign. 🇺🇸

SpikeFish has consistently maintained a policy of providing complimentary meals to all police officers, firefighters, and first responders as a gesture of appreciation for their dedication to the community. We have immense gratitude for all that you do. The inner child in me has always loved firefighters and fire trucks, so when the Londonderry Fire Company offered to take me and the children on a ride around the block, we eagerly accepted. Thank you for making our day! 🚒 🔥
