On Thanksgiving Day, the SpikeFish crew is offering free meals from 11am-1pm to those in need of a hot meal. This service is available to individuals facing financial challenges or those with smaller households where cooking a whole turkey may not be practical. Whatever your reason is, we got you covered, no questions asked. Our meal package includes oven-roasted turkey, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, green beans with roasted almonds and cranberries, sweet corn, stuffing, and dessert. Meals will be distributed at the Rescue Firemen's Home Association, 600 S. Union Street, Middletown. While local delivery is possible through volunteer support, pickup is encouraged due to volunteer limitations. If you would like to donate towards food cost pr volunteer, contact us directly. Thank you to the Rescue Firemans Home Association for once again allowing the use of their hall, we appreciate your continued support. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🦃 🔪 🔥

Today, we had the pleasure of providing delectable food and engaging with some remarkable scaly companions for Pennsylvania State Representative Tom Jones' political fundraiser. This unique event stood out as the most memorable campaign dinner to date. On the menu we had deep fried alligator medallions, Cajun catfish, blackened chicken cutlets, our signature smoked Gouda mac, and coleslaw. 🔪 🔥 🐊

The Jayden C. Shadle Memorial Fishing Derby, now in its 4th year, continues to grow and impress at its new home in Halifax. We are grateful for the tireless efforts of Jayden’s family, volunteers, and the generosity of our sponsors. The event remains a cherished tradition for us, as the joy and excitement of the children catching their first fish is truly priceless. We look forward to another successful derby next year! 🎣

We would like to express our gratitude to PA State Representative Tom Jones for selecting our company to cater their luncheon.

Today's meeting at East Donegal Township building was a Republican Policy Committee hearing on business tax reform in PA, where we had the pleasure of meeting Rep. Josh Kail, chairman of the Republican policy committee, Rep. Barb Gleim, Rep. John Schlegel, Rep. David Rowe, and Rep. Jim Rigby.

After the hearing, we served delicious brisket bbq sliders and our signature smoked Gouda Mac, which is one of Tom's favorites. Our staff even got a private tour of Tom's habitat for rescued alligators after the event! 🐊

We had a blast today at Londonderry Athletic Association’s opening day with the big smoker! Great food and great people. The volunteers and board members of the LAA work so hard to provide our youth with the best program possible. It’s looking like a bright future for the LAA and we look forward to helping out anyway we can! Chef Alex even got to hold an alligator today 🐊

What’s it all for? Besides the fun, yummy soups, prizes, desserts, and shopping… we’re raising funds for: AKT Foundation- a 501c3 Nonprofit which helps women and children start over after domestic violence by providing the essential items it takes to run a household.

Currently we are raising funds for a building, to better serve these families, where they can come to get the basic items they need in order to start over after devastation.
