While Albert's Hohokus is closed to respectfully observe the anniversary of the birth of our country and allow its employees to dutifully celebrate, they will welcome you back tomorrow with scrumptious food and delicious desserts from Mell's Kitchen . And a special treat this week: a Spiced Cranberry Bundt Cake, made with Almond flour to lighten the texture, sliced almonds, fresh and dried cranberries, and the kicker that brings it all together: Chinese five spice powder. The mixture of these fiery winter flavors only enhances the base of this delicious cake. But hurry, it's going fast! Great with a cup of coffee or tea after a great meal at Albert's!
