What a week!! The 2022 NSS was a long time in the making, but we can now say it is officially in the books. The past week has been exhausting, both physically and emotionally. I know we had some moments of tension but we worked through it. We also had some huge hiccups but we powered through. In the end I hope we provided a good show and a fun time for all! I know I had a good time seeing everyone and meeting some new people. And it is always a great treat to see so many beautiful Chesapeakes in one place!

I want to thank the NSS Committee for all their hard work. Michelle and Dave Keehn, Deb Rhodes and her husband Rick, Hailee Melow, Debra and Rick Rusz, Rebecca Kowalski, Jen and Tom Martin and Sandy Morris.

A special thank you to our wonderful and amazing Mike McCarthy for not only being our auctioneer but bringing some amazing things to the live auction. Love ya Mike!!

I would also like to thank our judges. Sweepstakes Judge Dana Bleifer DVM, Dogs, Judge Kathy Lorentzen, Juniors, Bi***es, Intersex, Stud Dog, Brood Bitch and Brace, Judge Bonnie Threlfall. These ladies did an amazing job for us.

And last but certainly not least, I would like to thank all the many hands that pitched in at the show to help us with many different tasks. Gina Downin, Amy Wernecke, Adam Levy and Devon Kipp Levy, and their crew, Kelly Bromelkamp, Ann Law, Marty Smith, Mel Phillips, Cat Weil, Tia Dale, Hailey Kowalski, John Theut, Chris and Karen Beste, and I know a whole lot more I missed. But know, I appreciate every single one of you from the bottom of my heart. Our club has some amazing people. It takes a village and that is what we had for this NSS.

Agility day at the 2022 ACC NSS was a terrific success. We had a wonderful turnout of CBR participants and enthusiasts. Thank you to everyone who ran a dog, cheered them on, or volunteered. It made the day go by so fast! Special thanks to Judge Mandy Moller and T-N-T Dog Center for hosting a great trial. Finally, huge props to our 2022 ACC NSS Agility Committee for putting together an outstanding event. We are very thankful for your help and support.

For any and all interested in the set up for the ACC Master test- here are our three series.
The order was adjusted post set up- series one land was adjusted so mark three was thrown second as an out of order flier. Series two land/water- mark one become the go bird. Series three was ran as is with a double cold blind and a double thrown into the deep shadows in the woods.
