So thankful for this season of life and for a bit of slower time ahead. Everyone told us with Lucas that it goes by so quickly, but now I truly see it!

We are really blessed to be able to do what we love and that is all thanks to everyone of you! Thank you for believing in our farm and also in the love of local flowers.

Wow, I can’t believe it’s Thanksgiving week! 🍁🦃 It’s funny this time of year talking to people about the holidays. People are either team Christmas all the way and totally skip over the Thanksgiving decor or you’ve got the people who think those people are nuts and wait until after Thanksgiving to start decorating for Christmas. Which category do you think I fall into? 😂

I’ll give you a clue, I am super excited to have found some American Bittersweet on the farm. It’s so beautiful and the perfect addition to any Thanksgiving table. Put it in a vase or spread it out like a little garland. It dries and holds its berries so you can box it up and reuse it next year too.

Madi spent a lot of time yesterday setting up this beautiful display in Hill's Compounding Pharmacy. Make sure you stop by the shop and check it out. Also, flower PSA here - we will be sending out an email newsletter this week sharing our Black Friday specials! So make sure you visit our site and join the list if you aren’t on it already!

Yesterday I forgot to mention one of the best perks of working on the flower farm….our coworker and great companion, Macie. She’s literally the best dog. If you’ve worked here or visited then you know. 💛 She goes everywhere with us! She’s always by our side and never misses a chance to ride on the mule. 🐶

Now Hiring!! 💐💛We are looking for someone with a really flexible schedule to help out around the farm this fall & winter. Very limited hours - 1 to 2 days a week/as needed. More hours and a consistent schedule would become available starting in February or March!

A lot of people are surprised by the number of winter tasks we have to do around the farm. Being as though we heat & and are heavy spring growers, we keep fairly busy! Winter farming isn’t for the faint of heart though. It’s a lot more field cleanup, planting, weeding, etc and a lot less picking/flower frolicking. Sometimes out in the cold but mainly in heated greenhouses so that is fairly pleasant!

If you know someone or might be interested please share or ➡️ shoot me an email [email protected]

Position would be during the week usually 9-4.

I can’t believe this little guy just turned 3 years old. He’s full of energy, very inquisitive, a great big brother, and loves to run through the flowers and the sprinkler. His excitement is contagious and we love being his parents. Happy Birthday Luke!

We will also have the shop stocked too Hill's Compounding Pharmacy.

Thank you all for your support this season! We are already gearing up for a beautiful spring!! 💐

As the season comes to a close, it was really neat seeing the Northern Lights over the farm. Thank you for the love and support you have shown our flower farm. We can’t thank you enough for another great season! 🫶🏼

Although the outdoor flowers are winding down and I expect frost any day now, we hope to have smaller quantities of blooms available all winter long at our shop in the pharmacy. 💐 I’ll keep you updated with availability in the coming weeks! More dried flower bunches & wreaths to come too. Thank you, thank you my friends 💛

October is here so it called for a little shop update. Floral pumpkin restock, kokedamas, and the first appearance of dried flowers have hit the shop! Last week’s storms did a number on the dahlias but we are harvesting what we can so we can bring in fresh bouquets as long as possible! When do you think our first killing frost will hit? 🥶

I’m not sure if it’s the cool crisp air, how dry and hot of a summer it’s been, or having a baby at the start of the spring season… probably a combination of it all, but I couldn’t be more ready for fall. 🍁🎃💛🍂 Last night we enjoyed an evening of gathering pumpkins as a family. Lucas was such a good helper and really enjoyed picking up pumpkins as I cut them off the vines.

Looking forward to decorating these this week and bringing them to Madeira Farmers Market, Fort Thomas Farmers' Market, and Hill's Compounding Pharmacy.

Dearest Gentle Reader, The fall social season is upon us. If you missed the chance to pickup one of the prettiest bouquets of this season, fear not. We have once again out done ourselves and are offering another chance at finding the finest blooms the Ton has to offer. Make haste though as bouquets this pretty won’t last long. How Our Flower Farm Started

Our passion for flowers began to bloom back in 2011. We planted as many flowers as we possibly could for our July wedding, and were fairly successful at it! By the time of our wedding, we realized just how much we enjoyed the challenge and fun of growing our own flowers. Since then, we have continued to expand our floral offerings by growing new varieties each year.

In late 2015, we decided to take the plunge and purchased a small farm nestled on 2 acres in Midland, Ohio. Tracey quickly began pursuing her dream of flower farming full-time.

In addition to growing our own flowers, we also do our own arranging, making us farmer-florists! Having the flowers next to our workshop means we have access to them at their peak of beauty, also allowing a longer vase life, and the satisfaction that can only be found from using a local product.
