Looking for someone in the dfw area to sew wizard tunics for me!

I've finished the pattern and cut the fabrics but I just don't have enough time to get sewing done these days.

Lightweight cotton fabric so no heavy machinery required, just a regular sewing machine with the ability to make buttonholes. Pay is per completed tunic.

With the Sherwood season kicking off I'm going to go ahead and open up my custom order availability again! I'll be limiting the number of Custom orders I take in for the next few months since I don't have nearly as much time to sew with a new baby to take care of.

Hello all, Cravencrow Costuming is looking for a sales person for the 2024 season of the Sherwood Forest renaissance festival!

We're looking for someone who is upbeat and energetic, has their own costuming, and has experience working retail or sales. Job duties include wearing and displaying cloaks, running a cash register/ taking payments, light hawking, some basic cleaning and organizing, etc. Pay is $15 per hour plus potential for an end of season bonus if the show goes well.

Our Traveler's Cloaks are a great fall costuming addition. Made of medium weight cotton twill and lined with water resistant nylon, this mid-length cloak has armslits and interior pockets! It's not too heavy and has plenty of flair to add that extra drama to your renaissance festival costuming.

Hey friends, so I know I don't usually post things that aren't costume related but my neighbor found a little kitten with a paralyzed leg that the vet said will have to be amputated. We found a rescue group to sponsor him for the surgery and they're asking for donations to help cover the cost. He's such a sweet and chill little kitten and we'd be super grateful for any help!

Happy 1 year anniversary of the time I quit my real job to do this weird thing full time! Honestly it's hard to believe that I'm actually able to make a living doing a thing that I love so much and i wake up each day feeling so grateful. I mean, exhausted and eternally tired all the time, but mostly grateful. 🥰
We're headed out to the Texas Renaissance Festival tomorrow to set up the booth for the season. Onward to the next adventure!

Friends I've been so busy lately that I forgot I never formally introduced our new cloak style. Well here she is! We've been toying around with names for this style but I think we're going to go with Spellslinger's Cloak.
Made of medium weight linen on one side and the metallic shimmer organza on the other, our newest cloak is fully reversible! It has a high low hemline and the biggest most dramatic hood I've ever created.
This style is currently available for custom pre-orders only but im hoping to have a small selection in stock by TRF ♡

Lots of straw witchy hats up at the website and etsy today. I ended up making a mix of some with dragons and some with just faux florals. All of the floral and floral dragon decorations are built on hat pins so they'll be fully interchangeable.

So I started thinking about what kind of hat the floral dragon pins would look best on and finally found the perfect excuse to order this straw-cloth fabric that I've been saving a swatch of for probably close to a year now. Design needs a few little adjustments but overall I'm so very happy with how this turned out. ☺️
