Have you tried to underpaint?
I have learned so many techniques over the years and every now and then I go back to underpainting.
Underpainting is when you apply your contour, highlight, and cream blush first before your foundation. This will give you that blow glow from within look. This technique is great for flash photography and videos. You color correct and concealer all of the unwanted hyperpigmentation first for a flawless finish. I find that I use way less foundation when I do this technique.

Do you use lip liners? 🤔
I don’t know about y’all but I love to line the lips. Lip liners really bring a lip color to life 🙌🏽. You can wear just about any lip color if you line your lips (even those light beige nudes). I prefer to use brown lip liners but every now and then I will switch it up and use a plum or deep rose liner. I even use lip liners if I am only applying lip gloss whether it is clear or has some color. Sometimes I will use brown eyeliners on the lips too.
