A grazing table, or in this case, a grazing island, is the best way to cater a party, wedding, baby shower - literally any event you are hosting! Easy clean up, delicious food, and enough variety that everyone will find something they love!

And, gosh darn, it's just beautiful to "graze" upon!

It's cold and it looks like we are getting some ice. You might be stuck at home for a day, so why not pickup some soul soothing comfort food?

It's been a hot minute since we posted our meal prep for the week! Between some rather large catering jobs, lack of personnel and snow/ice, we have been a little absent from week to week, but that's all changing for the better.

Take a look at what we have to offer this week. We have Creamed Chicken, which has always been a family comfort food staple in our household. On the healthier side, we have a Chili Lime Shrimp Salad along with a couple of new salads.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that has supported TEXICUREAN throughout 2021! Our business has grown and should continue to grow in 2022.

Keep an eye out here and on our various social media platforms for some upcoming changes and new ideas for this year. As we are not a traditional restaurant, we can and will do things different!

It's time to order your Thanksgiving dinner! Thanksgiving is a little over three weeks away...we can't believe it ourselves!

How can we HELP you? Let TEXICUREAN do all the cooking and relieve your holiday stress. Spend more time with the family instead of worrying about getting a full blown meal on the table.

We have posted our Thanksgiving menu to www.texicurean.com if you would like to get a little jump on Thanksgiving dinner. The order deadline is November 15th.

Just a quick word in regard to Sous Vide....Sous Vide is essentially a water bath that is precisely controlled. For example, we can control the temperature to exactly 145.7 degrees over a long period of time.

Here's how we do it....we sear off the turkey breast and vacuum seal it with herbs and a different flavoring components and then Sous Vide for 24 hours. This method produces a turkey breast that is packed with flavor and unbelievably succulent and tender. It's not definitely not a traditional way of cooking a turkey, but we believe the results are absolutely amazing!

CHARCUTERIE CLASS at TEXICUREAN on THURSDAY, November 4, 2021 AT 7:00PM!

You can sign-up at www.texicurean.com. Click on the Order Now button and go to our menu. You will see the class listed under Specials. PLEASE make sure you choose the class and NOT the Charcuterie Board for Two.

Class will be approximately 2 hours, but can be longer based on questions and building boards.

You will learn a little history of charcuterie, the meats and cheeses that are utilized and you will build your own board to take home with you.

Class size will be limited to 12 for a more intimate experience. If we do not sell a minimum of 6 tickets, class may be moved to another night and/or money refunded.

TEXICUREAN is BYOB so feel free to bring your own beverages and enjoy while you build a board.
