This Year Has Thrown Some Curve Balls To My Family Personally But Also To Some People Close To My Heart. Everyday Life Is Hard And Sometimes You Just Never Know When Or Where Your Blessings Will Come From. This Year I Utilized The Gift God Gave Me To Be A Blessing To A Family That Needed Some Extra Loving This Year. Cancer Is Something That Tears At My Heart More Than Anything Else.. I Lost Alot Of Close Family Members To This Decease.
A Facebook Friend Shared Her Story About Her Health Declining And This Would Ultimately Be Her Last Christmas With Her Kids (Single Mother Of 4 Kids Under The Age Of 13) She’s Had So Many Challenges But This Woman’s Faith Is Unwavering. I Prayed To God For Her And Her Babies, Nothing Prepares You For Having To Prepare Your Kids For The Day You May Not Return.
I Messaged Her After Viewing Her Last Shared Post And Asked If She Would Allow For Me To Bless Her Family With A Christmas Dinner, She Offered To Help And I Explained This Gift Was On My Heart To Do So The Only Thing I Needed To Know Was A Menu, Special Diet/Allergies And Her Home Address. She Told Me The Meal She Wanted And I Was Happy To Prepare This For Them. Pot Roast, Mac & Cheese, Greens, Cornbread, Strawberry Banana Pudding For Dessert. Last Night She Explained She Was Back In The ER And That She Was In A lot Of Pain The Cancer Was Getting Worse.. But She Wanted To Make Sure Her Kids Still Got The Food. I Called Her Daughter To Let Her Know I Was There. To See The Smile On Their Faces Was The Best Christmas Gift I Received They Were So Happy And Grateful

I’m Going To Keep This Going It Brought My Heart So My Joy. In The Future KJ's Entrées Will Be Gifting A Family In Need At Random During The Holidays.
