Well, the election for President is over, and I hear the lady singing. But the proof is in the pudding. If you want to see if Donald will keep his campaign promises, just start with a collection of your grocery receipts. Start storing them this month, and see if there is any difference in a year from now. I challenge all of you to just check this out. This is for Democrats and Republicans! Word!

Here is what I will eat this week. Cabbage,a few potatoes with my mixed vegetables, salad,beans,sugar free sweet potato pies, lemonade sugar free. A couple of pieces of bacon in the cabbage to give it season, spare ribs, and a few protein foods to keep the body lean. Please don’t forget the water, and fruits, water melon, pineapple, and grapes! Have a good day everyone. On to the Ravens game!

I delivered to my long time customer, and good friend. He has done very good for himself. Great guy, and I think they call this area Green Spring Valley. Here is a photo of the basketball court, the swimming pool, the deck, and just a small portion of the house. He has invited me to return one day for refreshments, and some political talks. I will be there, because this is right down my alley! Word!I
