We are happy to introduce the second of two weeks of “RUS @ The Vault”!

Tomorrow (Friday 10/25 @ 7pm)
• SPOOKY SPECIAL: “All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.” ~Edgar Allan Poe — Join RUS and get your ghoul on for an evening of the macabre with our Spooky Special: Tales of Poe, a dramatic reading performed by the RUS Team. Why wear your Halloween costume just once? Celebrate the season with RUS’s own Ali Gilheany, Keith Strunk, and Laura Swanson as they share the captivating tales of Poe in an evening of delightful readings that invite you to explore the mysteries of imagination!
• Costumes not required

This Weekend (Sunday 10/27 @ 4pm)
• PLAY: Paper Birds — Join RUS for a staged reading of selections from “Paper Birds,” by Robert Miller II and directed by Steven Dennis. Scientists refer to this epoch as ‘Anthropocene’, representing awareness of the irreversible damage human activity has on our planet. This series of five short plays, each different in time and place, show human and non-humans facing their personal ‘end of the world’. Connecting the plays is a question; is it possible to imagine, in the face of our common catastrophe, a more just and equitable society?
• Audience Q&A will follow the reading. Adult content. Parental discretion is advised.
