Thursday 11/7 @ 6:30pm (Chris Hoke — Guitarist/Vocalist/Songwriter /Performer/Studio Musician for Hire/Guitar Repair)
• Guitarist for bands including Sequoia, Blizzard the Ozzy Show, Indian Boy, City Hicks, Metropolis, Black Crowes Tribute, The Saloonatics and fill in guitarist for many other bands.
• Chris has done tours appearing on radio and TV in Puerto Rico as well as a songwriter registered with ASCAP.
• He has played Acoustic Wedding Performances, Senior Community Shows, Restaurants/Clubs, Festivals, Private Parties & everywhere good music is appreciated!
• His solo acoustic shows feature himself on Guitar & Vocals, performing an eclectic mix of songs acoustically, featuring melodic guitar melodies with a little bit of something for everyone!
• Performing songs from The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Prince, Kenny Chesney, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Nirvana, Billy Joel, and many more.
Friday 11/8 @ 6:30pm (Mike Green Jazz Quartet)
• Pianist, trumpeter, composer and
leader Michael Green lives in Frenchtown NJ, and teaches piano, jazz improvisation, composition and trumpet at Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton NJ. In the 1970s, 80s and 90s he composed and arranged for various bands and recording studios in Hollywood and New York. For more than 10 years he was the “house pianist” at a major Princeton hotel. He is also published by Art Of Sound Music.
• Trumpeter Danny Tobias is best known for traditional jazz and swing, yet his skills and repertoire embrace a wide variety of contemporary styles. Danny performs year round at Jazz clubs in NYC and is frequently featured at festivals and other events in the USA and around the world.
• Milford resident bassist Arturo Baguer has worked and taught in the tri-state area for many years. He has toured Europe, Canada and the US and has recorded with blues legend Pinetop Perkins, and many others.
• Drummer and ethno-percussionist Bill Noren, from Clinton Nu, is a versatile musician, having performed with scores of talented New York musicians, theater groups, and ensembles. He also performs and teaches Middle Eastern rhythms and genres.
