Fatima Hansia and I are hosting this event on Sunday in Marin. All proceeds, including 100% of your ticket sales, will go to Middle East Children's Alliance - MECA. We are not taking any admin fees.

The number one question we're getting is, how are you getting aid into Gaza?

"Middle East Children’s Alliance has been operating within Gaza since 1988 and currently, their local partners (who are local Gazans) are on-the-ground procuring and distributing aid to people within Gaza from the money they’re receiving from donations. They are also partnered with World Central Kitchen so they’re able to receive aid faster with the few amount of trucks allowed in at the border."

The evening will consist of an activism hour, which will include supporting Palestinians by buying art and signing petitions. This will be followed by a short program, including the CEO of MECA to further provide you knowledge of where exactly the funds are going and how. We will then break our fast together and provide a hearty vegetarian dinner.

Good Morning! My sister and I have been devastated with everything going on. We're hosting an event on SUNDAY, MARCH 17, 2024 and hope you can attend! 100% of the proceeds for tickets and anything raised with go directly for food and medical help for children in Gaza.

The event will include an activism hour, program and Iftar.

We recommend a site visit one year out closer to your projected wedding date so we can understand weather, sun placement etc. When we did a site visit, it was a sunny, bright day in mid 60’s! It was perfect.

The week of the wedding, a snow storm hit the venue and we were suddenly 4 feet under snow ❄️
