Happy New Years from LucieGirl Flowers! The New Year’s day made for a perfect day to check on my stored dahlia tubers. I used some different techniques to store them this season and they are all in amazing shape! Here are just some of them.

5 more short months and they will be back in the ground. I hope you will be alongside my flower journey this season. Early summer and late summer CSA’s are now available. DM for availability.

This is it! Last call for CSA subscriptions - Monday November 11th. Planted these beauties today. My spring CSA is 4 weeks of fancy tulips, and daffodils, and peonies for $115. Pick up or delivery also available. Makes a great gift for a friend too! Cheaper and nicer than grocery store flowers. DM with interest.

Dahlia bed all cut down just waiting for the tubers to harden off a little bit before digging them up next weekend. I got two new flower beds ready for spring bulbs. Get your spring CSA before it's too late.

Some of my last arrangements of the my 2024 season going out today. It’s a bittersweet day. I will be posted my CSA sign ups by the end of Saturday. CSA’s available: 4 weeks- spring, 6 weeks - summer, and 6 weeks - late summer available. I am only offering 6 slots per section.

Preparing for frost tonight. I cut all remaining in bloom dahlias and labeled all the stems in preparation for digging the tubers next month. I am sad to see flower season come to and end, but planning and planting for spring has already begun @ LucieGirl Flowers. Join me for my 4th year and secure your flower 2025 CSA with me.
