“My name is Rachel Mark and I chose a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch meal. Pennsylvania Dutch meals are from this area and I grew up eating the selections I chose since I was a young girl with my grandparents who live out here. It’s important to me because I have so many fond memories sitting at the dinner table at my Oma’s house or going to a restaurant with my Oma and Opa eating these meals. I would like to share it will the Millersville community to bring part of Lancaster County to campus. “

“I chose the menu that I did as with my arrival at college I think a lot about my family. While thinking about what food I would like to share with everyone at Millersville I thought about what kind of food my mom makes and decided on the menu with her cooking in mind. I ended up going with a recipe she herself uses, cocoa spareribs, and have shared it with the Dining crew to share with everyone on campus.”
