Twin Oaks Manor Barn Weddings & Receptions has been providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for our clients in the greater Millington area. Please inquire for 2023 prices. Property Venue: 2024 prices:

SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER WEDDINGS

SATURDAY wedding with Friday rehearsal and decorating time- $3400 plus $200 set up/clean up fee. Includes use of our wedding barn, grounds, dressing quarters for both bride and groom in our historic Manor, banquet seating, round tables, and rectangular tables for catering, tablecloths, natural wood chairs for the ceremony and reception, on site security, beautiful setting for photos using antique furniture and with our horses, dance floor area and shuttle to and from our parking area. It also includes any of our decorations, barrels, doors, wagon, signs etc. If it's ours you may use it. SUNDAY wedding with rehearsal on Thursday before the wedding- $3200 plus $200 clean up/set up fee (includes everything the Saturday weddings include)

SUNDAY WEDDINGS with Thursday rehearsal $2900 plus $200 clean/up set up fee (includes everything the Fall weddings include (above)
*We only offer a few Sunday weddings in March-August


160 maximum (includes a wedding in either our wedding barn or outside wedding,chairs,tables, pews, table cloths, use of any of our signs, barrels, and arbor

EXTRAS

Wedding officiant $150.00

We offer in-house DJ's $450 (includes, rehearsal, ceremony and reception)

Decorations (the bride may use her own)

Catering – ( this is optional ) you may provide your own. House Rules:

The bride/groom may arrive at the Manor/barn no earlier than 9:00 am
The bride/groom and party may occupy the Manor until the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony begins we allow 4 hours for the ceremony and reception with one extra hour to gather all belongings out of the wedding barn and Manor. All music must be turned off at 10:00 pm. All guests must be off the property by 10:30 pm

Beer, wine, champagne etc. No hard liquor is allowed. (permit)

DJ must keep the noise level at an appropriate level. No subwoofers allowed. No smoking in the barn or the Manor (smoking is allowed in designated areas)

Only battery operated candles may be used in the barn.(water floating candles are acceptable) The bride and groom may use a real candle for the unity candle but it must be blown out quickly. (Our barn is all wood!)

The bride may use one of our antique couches for photos .However, please allow the owners to take them outside and to bring back into the Manor. Thanks for your cooperation! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us! Thanks

Historic Twin Oaks Manor is a family owned wedding venue located in Millington TN. The Manor was built circa 1860 and is owned and operated by Brett and Diana Frans. Located just minutes north of Memphis off highway 14, it makes a perfect venue for your wedding and reception. Whether you want a barn or outside venue the historical charm of the Manor home and barn will provide a memorable venue for your special day. The grounds are picturesque and can accommodate your entire ceremony up to 160 guests. Relax on one of the porches of this working farm and you will be taken back to days of yesteryear.
