Been a while since our last post. First and foremost we would like to take the time to say thank you to everyone for the strong support. We are looking forward to cooking for perhaps your events. Hit us up if you interested in a stress free party or wedding or whatever you wanna do without the hassle of cooking!! Finally had a chance to do a small meal this evening. Since we are not just a smoker we decided to hit the Weber this evening with some hot coals and here is what ya get. Did a quick lime and cilantro marinade on the shrimp. Then did a simple salt and pepper and evoo . To round things out for a healthy meal we did a roasted cauliflower with a Parmigiano and butter sauce and crispy skin chicken thigh with a light bbq glaze! Just outstanding from what our 13 yr old says!!

Well who needs the fancy plates or the fancy lifestyle? Simple dishes are fun to work with!! Here we candied bacon!!! Hm...
