www.delawareswampstomp.com The Delaware Swamp Stomp is one of the best events to hit our area. This event was created to provide a “vehicle of support” for great causes in our COUNTRY & COMMUNITY. The sole purpose of this event is to provide a fun tool for people like yourself to show appreciation by giving back. WHAT IS THE SWAMP STOMP? The Stomp consist of a 5K mud run full of obstacles and cool

challenges. This event is a fun run based on a team concept. Teams of four will take on the Stomp with one goal………finish together. The entire principal of this event is “OVERCOMING OBSTACLES”! We do have an individual class for those willing to take on the Stomp solo. WHAT DO YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT MUD? The Stomp will take place at the Home of The Gumboro Mud Bog. On these grounds making mud is not just mixing water and dirt….its artwork. These “Masters of Mud” have designed a course that is not only muddy but a ton of FUN. WHEN IS THE SWAMP STOMP?
