Okay the poll wanted my mom, Sandi, next! (Rory isn’t mean mugging on purpose, Pop was rolling by, and tractors trump the gator everytime around here)

She does a lot behind the scenes! You will see her first thing on the morning of your wedding, but everything else she does gets done before you even arrive.

If you’ve seen my stock room, she’s the one who keeps me organized! She keeps everything in tip top order.

And then of course she takes care of my babes so I can be here for you, so she’s kind of the unsung hero, unless you want my two rugrats at your wedding 🤪 I’ll answer that for you, it’s a no lol.

I wouldn’t be the mom and business lady I am today without my mom. My relaxed attitude comes from my dad but perfectionism comes from her, or control whatever way you want to slice it lol jk! Love ya mom!

My faves 🥹💘 I am forever in love with our couples, no shame! We’ve been blessed with the best families & love stories, I’m biased for sure!

I have 6, yes SIX, wedding dates left for 2026 🥹 holy cow you guys! That means 2027 will open sooner than usual as soon as those get filled up.

How do we book out so far? We only take on 25 weddings a year, for now! One day (soonish 🤞🏼) my plan is to add more + bring on an even bigger trusted team. But for now I love the exclusivity and relationships I get to build with my couples. I would much rather each couple feel like my friends rather than a number in a book. 💘

TCS IS HIRING:

Below is our current bonus and incentivized pay structure for ALL technicians.

- Handling “Weekend” Emergency Service calls is paid out as Double Time.

- If you operate at full efficiency (this is based on a series of figures, on average half of our techs are eligible for this) during the pay period, you are paid a bonus of 15% based on your gross pay. Every week.

- If you take a vacation between Memorial Day and Labor Day (“summer time”) you are paid $250 per member of your household to use as spending money on your vacation on top of being paid your vacation time for missing work.

EX: If you’re a tech, with a SO and two kids, you get $1,000 on top of your PTO to simply take a vacation.

- ALL vacation and PTO is paid based on average hours worked over the past 4 pay periods. So if a tech works 60 hours a week every week, and the tech takes two days off, he will be paid 24 hours of PTO for those two days.

If you’re new around here, this guy ⬇️ is my dad! He likes to say that I’m the boss around here, and while that may be true, he’s the glue that holds it together.

Those pretty flowers you see, all him. The idea of the barn, all him - remember, he built this barn FOR me and my wedding!

But anyway, my dad Carmine, is the best, he’s always down to figure out my next hare-brained scheme + usually helps me DIY my little heart out. My ideas may be awesome, but he’s the one to help me get it done.

My work ethic comes straight down from him. We may have days “off” but not really, something else has to get done.

Thank you for this cute photo of him in the flowers. If you convinced him to take this, I think it’s time I convince him to help me with my next big idea, right? 🤣❤️ love ya dad, that gray hair, is definitely 75% me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Soaking up that last week of summer feeling 🥹 Luckily gave me something pretty to look at, I think I need these in an XL print in the bridal suite!

it’s going to be a busy week over here at the farm- we get to celebrate a wedding this coming weekend, and then me and my little guys are back to school early next week. Luckily the first week back won’t be so hard + the first week of September ends with my favorite party at the farm. It’s going to be a great few weeks.
