Hello everyone and happy new year! We just want to let y’all know we haven’t disappeared lol. We have been spending some much needed family time together, and resting after an amazing 2024 season! We thank our customers and community for a great year, and we are forming a game plan for the 2025 season. We will return, and our calendar is open for catering events. We hope to see y’all soon!

Happy Sunday y’all! We are taking pre-orders for brisket by the pound and pans of mac & cheese for this Friday, November 8th. You can message the business page directly to place orders and discuss picking up. All Orders need to be in by 8 PM Wednesday evening.

Come on out y’all it’s a beautiful busy day in Milton Vermont multiple events. We are set up at bombardier Park for the Touch A Truck event and we have Mac Bowls for our special today. Will be here from 12 to 3 PM!

Come on out tonight for some great tunes and great company. We will be set up with our backyard BBQ from 4:30-8:30 or sold out. This weeks specials are Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Chicken Wings!

Next Thursday, 9/12, we will be returning to Maquam Barn and Winery. Come join us.

Good evening y’all! We hope everyone has had a great Labor Day weekend with friends and family. We are wanting to gather a consensus of peoples interest if we were to offer pre-order only smoked wings. We would offer this through the NFL regular season. We will have multiple flavors to choose from. We are a small business so we would have to have some kind of a weekly limit. Any interest or thoughts on this are greatly appreciated!
