New fav for personal chef jobs. Fresh corn tortillas layered with re fried beans, jack cheese, ancho child sauce, roasted zucchini, spinach soy chorizo with guac mashed with edamame and roasted pumpkin seeds.

Leeks - why on earth don't we use them the way the French do? Onions are no easier to prep. You don't even cry with leeks. I've thought about this over the years - I think it must be in the farming. Too much work. My favorite is braised long pieces of leek with a mustard dressing and grated hard boiled egg.

Here I am at Boch Toyota, getting caught grabbing a shot of this colorful family as I wait to drive a used Prius. I have been wanting to get a Prius for my catering biz, but as it turns out the seat is no good for me. Anyhow, they were very nice, we got talking and it turns out the Dad - the guy in a hoodie, is the second top squash player in Pakistan.
