SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
I would like to announce that I will be stepping down as the manager of Rip Roaring Rentals and Turning over operations to Elizabeth Walker my Daughter.
Allow me to clarify the reasoning for this to dispel any misgivings.
We have been planning this for years to coincide with her finishing school so it not a new decision.
Health reasons but no I’m not dying. I’m healthy but I’m also 50 and heaving 700 pound water slides will put an end to good health eventually and I’m not spending the rest of my life on pain pills.
My books are growing in popularity but to reach the next level will require a lot of time and devotion. Juggling both is too difficult.
No I’m not going anywhere for a while. The transition will take about a year and even then I will still be right here by her side and always help but in a lesser capacity.
10 years in this business is very hard on the body of an already well worn person but really I’m just cutting back not disappearing and she’s ready to dig in and take this to the next level.
We will be adding her number to the website to handle questions and bookings but I will also remain for a good while if you can’t reach her.
We love serving the community and look forward to many more years of fun.
