We LOVE the smoked Turkey breast. It’s absolutely delicious and much lighter than the typical bbq menu.

REINTRODUCE OURSELVES!

We are Kip and Lauren! Our goal is to bring a taste of Texas to Milwaukee. It began with a trip to Houston, where we fell in love with the flavors of Texas BBQ.

This passion led us to experiment with smoking meats and perfecting the craft of live fire cooking.

We have been sharing our BBQ through local pop-ups and special events, striving to deliver top-notch BBQ to America’s Dairyland!

We made it to July! We have a lighter month ahead of us. This past June was absolutely INSANE!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us. We saw so many returning customers, as well as new. To say we are blessed us an understatement. We are so lucky to be sharing our love of BBQ with you all!

It’s almost June and it’s gonna be a busy one!

If we look like we haven’t slept in days, take it easy on us. There’s a good chance we hadn’t.

But we promise to provide you with the same high quality food we always do!

We are excited to be returning to Lion's Tail Brewing Co. , Ope Brewing Co, Component Brewing Company, AND Art 64 Tosa ! We are also throwing a couple days in with SCOUT Wine Merchants , which we couldn’t be more jazzed about!

We are so excited to be spending this a Saturday at Sahale Ale Works!

If you got plans this Saturday and Sunday, cancel them because we got some tasty food options for ya!

We’re excited to welcome Kip from K&L’S BBQ! He’ll be set up on our patio slinging his Texas style BBQ from 4-8pm Saturday.

Then on Sunday Lake Shore Dance will be here with grilled brats, burgers and more from noon-6pm.

We’ll also be open until 9pm on Sunday for the long weekend so you can pack in extra patio time. Grab cans to go because we’re closed Memorial Day.
