Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies, YES PLEASE! 😋🤤
Ingredients:
🍪 1/2 cup unsalted butter
🍪 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
🍪 1/4 cup granulated sugar
🍪 1 large egg
🍪 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
🍪 2 cups all-purpose flour
🍪 2 tablespoons cornstarch
🍪 1 teaspoon baking powder
🍪 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
🍪 1/2 teaspoon salt
🍪 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
🍪 1/2 cup walnuts pieces

Melted Butter Sugar Cookies 🧈 🍪

Ingredients:
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar, packed
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons PK Melted Butter Elixir
• 1 teaspoon PK Cake Batter Elixir
• 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
4. Beat in egg, Melted Butter Elixir, and Cake Batter until well mixed.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in milk.
6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets.
7. Bake for 8–9 minutes, until edges are set but centers look soft. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
