Executive Chef Matt Baier returned to Kohler Wisconsin Food & Wine this past weekend as a part of The Bartolotta Restaurants team! Friday night, Chef Baier and Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant’s Executive Chef Nick Wirth, provided a delicious dish of Tarragon Red Wine Sausage to guests at the Taste of Vine Event in the Kohler Design Center.

The Bartolotta Restaurants team took over one of their culinary stages all day Saturday, where Chef Baier demonstrated how he prepares the Southern breakfast classic of biscuits and gravy.

Later that day, Chef Baier supported Chef Jesse Kloskey as our culinary team hosted a five-course dinner celebrating The Roaring Twenties and The Commodore - A Bartolotta Restaurant.

Thank you to all who came to experience our events at Kohler Food & Wine 2024. We look forward to seeing you in our restaurants soon!
