Everything about this stunning wedding was a highlight of 2024, but this moment takes the cake ⬇️

Seeing Nicole's vintage-inspired, romantic aesthetic coming to life as guests entered The Stella Ballroom. ✨

Everything from their wedding invitation set down to the table numbers was so intentionally designed to immerse guests in the most elegant vibe.

From the intricately designed centerpieces to the speciality drinks to the saxophonist serenading the crowd during cocktail hour—guests were taken into a world of vintage charm from beginning to end 🤍

And an honorable mention for another favorite moment:

Once the party got started and Nicole changed into her party dress (which we were obsessed with), Nicole was gifted her own personalized cowboy hat from her husband, Reed, to wear during the night! 🥹

We're so happy for Reed and Nicole, and we will remember this wedding for years and years to come 🥂

"Sarah and Jonny definitely had an idea and overall mood that they wanted for their wedding day, but it was largely up to us (mostly Jori) to turn that into a tangible reality.

Jori worked very closely with vendors to specifically articulate what Sarah and Jonny were hoping for, acting as the ultimate point person for 12 months.

Towards the end, everyone talked about how they were going to miss their Friday night wedding planning sessions. It was really sweet to see the friendship that started and their gratitude for our work."

A perfect fall day out in Lake Geneva celebrating the sweetest couple 🤍

This couple hired us for month-of coordination, which means we handled:

➡️ Communication with their vendors (they had a 5-star team 🫶).

➡️ Creating their timeline and double checking everyone knows where they are supposed to be and what their responsibilities are.

➡️ Arriving early on the wedding day to ensure the room layout is correct and all decor gets set up in its correct spot.

➡️ Sending the couple down the aisle and answering all the last-minute questions from the wedding party and family.
