What a blast! Last night we attended the Shepherd Express Best of Milwaukee 2024 at Potowatomi Casino! Although we didn't win first place this year, being nominated and being a runner-up is a pretty sweet feeling.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote! Thank you for believing in my small business, for trusting me with your sessions, and for supporting my art! I couldn't think of a better night than celebrating with my best friends, old friends, 2nd shooters, and my husband. ❤️📷

It's me! I'm finishing up Christmas Mini Session selections, and then I'll be hitting my pillow early tonight to be up early enough to catch my 5am flight to Phoenix! ✈️✈️✈️

I'll be photographing business portraits and a company Christmas Party on Friday and Saturday in Scottsdale, so I won't be available for calls/texts/emails until Tuesday. Please be patient while I'm still finishing up my busy season. Luckily, things have stayed busy longer than usual into the cooler months, and that's something to be extremely grateful for! 📸

🗓 Here are the dates I'll be out of the office in December:

➡️ Friday, December 6th - Monday, December 9th
➡️ Thursday, December 12th - Sunday, December 15th
➡️ Tuesday, December 17th - Thursday, December 26th
➡️ Tuesday, December 31st - Wednesday, January 1st

I'll be available for emails/calls during some of these dates, but I will not be available for any additional photoshoots during these times!

Today, I closed the day with a newborn session and 3 Christmas Mini Sessions, and now I'm home to enjoy family time tonight. I'll also be out of the office tomorrow!

Just a friendly reminder - if you'd like to book a session, you MUST book online to sign your contract, pay your retainer, and fill out the questionnaire to help me prepare for your session. I run my business very professionally and safely, and I cannot show up to an address without the above 3 things filled out. The contract helps protect us both, the retainer lets me know you're serious about booking and haven't booked a different photographer, and the questionnaire lets me know what to expect for your session and how to prepare for dogs, children, allergies, props to bring, etc. Thank you all for understanding!

Tomorrow I have a newborn session, a few Christmas mini sessions, with the possibility of an afternoon session. I'm out Monday, but I'll be back Tuesday getting the Christmas Mini Sessions finished :) 📸
