Happy Earth Day 🌎 and welcome to
Fill Your Day With Flowers! I’ve created this spot because there are wonderful things happening with floristry and amazing floral artists across the globe that I think flower lovers would enjoy learning about. I see spectacular work daily on my social feeds but the average consumer does not. I want to share this with you! 🌸

Nothing to buy here (except some super fun spirit wear coming soon!). This is all content - beautiful photos, how to videos, florist and flower farm visits - meant to bring you joy each and every day.

There is so much more to say about this idea that’s been ruminating for the past 5 years, and I’ll explain more of my Why tomorrow. For now, I encourage you to do something good for the planet today and find a way to incorporate beautiful blooms. It will make you feel great, promise! 🌷

Why am I so happy on a blustery day in April, holding exactly 20 fresh tulips? Been a little quiet about it, but this month marks
La Tulipe’s 20th Anniversary! 🎉🎉
You’re hearing about it mid month because
1. I celebrated with the best vacation I’ve had in 20 years. Figured I was due.
2. Hopped off the plane and headed straight back to the workbench.
3. Finalized how I’d show gratitude to those that brought me where I am today.
4. Polished up the plan for the future.

Wrapping up a beautiful week in Puerto Rico with youngest daughter. Special family time in paradise with good doses of Vitamin D and relaxation is great prep for a week full of showers and Easter flowers. Can’t wait to dive back in to flowering!

It’s gearing up to be quite a week!

First, Art in Bloom is back at Milwaukee Art Museum 🎉🌸🎨!! Our piece looks like a giant white square, but when you get in close, you see the nuances Callum Finnes expressed with his unique technique. “Certain White Form” is our piece on view this Thursday - Sunday (4/7-4/10) along with those of our flowering peers. Please plan to visit - we’ve been patiently waiting 2 years to be back!

Second, we’ll be doing some special flowering as we support a fellow woman owned Whitefish Bay business and join with others for a Spring event at Aster and Ivy.
4/7 5-7pm 👗👚👖We’ll have lovely bouquets for purchase. You’ll want to pop in if you’re in the area. 💐

Last, we’re working on adding some Spring to the storefront at Miss Molly's Cafe & Pastry Shop. You’ll want to check it out when you head over for a heavenly breakfast, lunch or treat. 🥐

March is a quiet month for us for events and deliveries while we prepare for the activity in months ahead. Nonetheless, we are grateful for the generosity of each long standing client and new customer expressing eagerness to do something to feel a little less helpless for the people of Ukraine.
