Wedding planning is a highly emotional industry. As planners, we spend weeks and months working alongside our clients as they plan some of the most important days of their lives.

We share in some of the most intimate moments as we watch our couples share their first look, as father's walk their daughters down the aisle, and as the newlyweds dance for the first time as husband as wife.

Nothing compares to sharing in the joy of someone's wedding day. When we are able to support our clients and ensure their big day goes without a hitch, the blood, sweat and tears (sometimes literally) are always worth it.❤️

Say 'hello!' to our CEO & Founder, Oscar Sanchez.

Over 11 years ago, Oscar founded his company, Ambrosia Events. After pursuing a career in culinary arts, Oscar discovered his true passion for Speciality Events.

Since then, Oscar has planned and managed hundreds of events. He was also chosen to serve on the planning committee for the historical Baird Center Grand Opening in May 2024.

Complimenting the architecture of your venue is the best way to create a cohesive and meaningful event design.

Physicians Realty Trust hosted their annual gala inside The Grain Exchange, known for being a historic venue embellished with vaulted ceilings, Roman inspired columns, granite and sandstone accents and more.

The bones of the space scream elegance and grandeur. Our team of designers decided to enhance the space by creating a design that complimented this aesthetic. Guests were transported back to the roaring 20' featuring over the top feathered centerpieces, gold embellishments throughout and crystal candelabras.

Within the historic WE Energies building, our team created this glamorous art deco inspired event for Junior Achievement's Annual Holiday Auction!

With a hint of James Bond espionage, this event was a mission accomplished raising over $300,000 in net proceeds which will help fund JA programming in Southeast Wisconsin schools and their surrounding communities. ❤️

A stunning metallic gold tunnel upon entrance, giant pearl necklaces, and intricate table scapes transported guests to a world of luxury and intrigue.

An ode to tradition, Hindu wedding ceremonies are a celebration of love and culture. 🧡🌸

Traditional Indian weddings last between 3-5 days and include multiple cultural events. This beautiful wedding included a mehndi ceremony (henna adornment), mandap ceremony, a traditional western ceremony and reception.
