In addition to spacious common areas such as an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, The Main House also includes a Bridal Suite, Groom’s Suite, three additional bedrooms, 2.5 additional bathrooms and an upstairs loft area.

The grounds surrounding The Main House are event ready and can accommodate an array of various events! Utilize the front lawn or the patio area in the rear of the house. The patio is shaded with trees and includes solar string lights for evening functions requiring additional lighting and ambiance.

Our bridal suite serves as the perfect space for the bride and her wedding party to get ready, hang out or serve as a holding room prior to wedding festivities.

The suite includes a full bathroom with a claw foot tub and standup shower as well as an attached bridal party area with vanities and additional seating.

The abundance of windows provides beautiful natural lighting for wedding day photography.

MEET THE OWNER: Loreli Lopez wasn’t expecting to add a wedding venue to her real estate adventures but when she came across the listing, she had to learn more about the historic property.

After the initial tour, Loreli knew she was about to embark on a wedding industry journey and thus after months of property updates, Estate Les Chenes was born!

With a background in construction and real estate, Loreli has delved in with both feet forward to ensure this venue is both beautiful and accommodating for future weddings and events.

Loreli is so excited to add Estate Les Chenes and now La Maison Rose (the pink house that also sits on the property) to the north Louisiana community and wedding scene. Schedule a tour and meet Loreli and other members of the Estate Les Chenes team. would love to meet you!
