Updates:

7/24 — Mitch called his mom from Phoenix. He’s doing fine and traveling with fellow unhoused. Thank you all!

7/17 — Flagstaff, Arizona forest ranger talked with him and reported it to police.

7/13 -- We got a call that Mitch was driven to Lusk, Wyoming last week. He was wearing a white baseball hat and also a speckled bandana, yellowish pants and jacket and carrying a red bucket. He said he was heading South to avoid the cold.
