The Haunt invites artists and vendors to apply for our upcoming event, Cupid's Revenge: An evening of art in celebration of love, romance, rejection, anguish, and heartbreak.
Event is February 25, 6pm-10pm. This is sure to be a fun event, and we are expecting lots of people to turn out!
Submission deadline is February 3, and responses will be sent by February 6.
VENDORS:
Seeking vendors of any medium of art, craft, wearables, consumables, as long as you made it! Preference to those that fit in with our theme of love and heartbreak in some way. Vendor fee is $20, payable after your submission is accepted. Vendors keep 100% of their sales. You will need to provide your own table and display materials (but contact us ahead of time if you need anything and we may be able to help you out.) We have room for about 7 vendors.
To apply, email us at [email protected] with 3-4 photos of examples of what you will be selling, a link to your social media page, and accessibility needs.
Vendors selected must be able to setup from 6 to 7pm on the day of the event, be present through the event, and take down at the end.
ARTISTS:
Also seeking art submissions for wall display. You may submit up to five pieces of artwork in any 2d medium. There is no fee to submit art; the gallery will take a 30% commission on sales and the artist keeps 70%. All works must be for sale.
To submit works, email [email protected] with a photo of each work attached and the title, medium, dimensions, and price of each work.
Artists will need to be able to drop off works in person at the Haunt in the week leading up to the event and pick up unsold pieces the day after. Every work must be ready to hang and labeled with the Artist's name and price.
