While we all are waiting for live events to come back the interactive virtual entertainment events are leading with highest attendance. Entertainment with games, competitions and prizes beats the records of guest engagement.

What is your favorite feature of virtual events? As marketing professional I personally love love love JUICY analytics that virtual events provide. Live events don’t give this much data unless you make attendees fill out surveys post event, which usually has about 30% response rate.

On the other hand, during virtual conference attendees are in their natural habitat interacting with the event, while every click is measured.
I call it Juicy Data. Analytics will:
- Tell you what content was most engaging;
- Will save all comments for you to analyze overall impressions of attendees;
- Allow you plan and improve your future events;
- Improve speaker management;
- Perfect attendee management;
- Help to optimize the future event schedules;
- Many more! Can talk about it all day!

If you could go back in time and see yourself at your graduation ceremony, what advice would you give to yourself?

When I graduated many years ago in a small Ukrainian town did I dream of where I am today? Did I dream that I would live in different countries? Did I dream to travel the world? Was it even possible to dream of it knowing, that even my parents have never been abroad or never owned a car? Did I dream to meet so many important people who would influence and change what I think and really teach me how to believe in myself and really dream?

I did dream about getting into one of the best universities in Ukraine at the time, getting a good job after, getting married, having kids. Those were not even dreams but more like just an old-fashioned life plan just like my parents had. In post-soviet country we were raised to be realistic about our capabilities and not encouraged enough to fiercely dream BIG, BOLD and AMBITIOUS.

Drive-In graduation ceremony for class 2020 sparked up nostalgy in me and every other parent. Our mission accomplished, we believed that Drive-In event would be so powerful and meaningful. The atmosphere of the event filled with kids’ hopes and dreams gave their parents hopes for a better future and reminded that it is never too late to really dream. Kids’ speeches, full of their aspirations and intentions to make the world a better place brought tears to moms’ and even some dads’ eyes. Graduates were happy they could get together and have a proper goodbye with each other before they take a plunge into the big life full of unknown but so exciting!

If I could go back, I would tell myself ‘You know more than you think. Trust yourself. (And hey, girl, less shoes, more travels 😆)’. What advice would you give to yourself as a graduate?
