Not only do we make beautiful food, we donate what we cannot sell. Made a trip this morning with hot fritatta, potatoes and sausage for our unhoused neighbors. Although a lot of our business is outside of the metro, we love our city. ❤️

We have some food in the raw that we would like to give away to the community. Is anyone preparing meals for hungry neighbors and relatives? We have rolls, chicken breast, portobello mushrooms, asparagus, romaine lettuce and potatoes. This would all need to be prepared. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP and this is all fresh, not frozen and we would rather someone make use of this rather than freeze. Happy holidays from Vittles.

Let us customize something to align with your vision. This was an all white graze for an angel party on 11/11. Not quite done but has smoked trout spread, goat cheese, honey cheese ball, Brie, white chocolate covered strawberries, several hard cheeses, cauliflower, dip, yogurt covered pretzels, truffles, meringues, crackers and naan. We cheated a bit with the strawberry tops😜

We highly recommend a grazing table for any cocktail hour. Not only are they beautiful but they have so much flavor. So many different house made dips and spreads mixed in with meats, fruits, veggies, olives and bread. Yum!

Speedy, energetic Omelette chef needed- will train! Saturdays and Sunday through October we are willing to work with someone going back to school and negotiating a different end date if needed. This is a physically but rewarding position cooking Omelettes and egg dishes to order in two Minneapolis farmers markets. Saturdays 7-2 Midtown Farmers Market and sundays 8-2 Linden Hills Farmers Market Willing to pay what it takes to fill this position as it is vital to our family business and it is very important that we find someone that is passionate about serving customers and representing our business. We were honored to be a part of a very special catering last night. The reopening of The Pillars Hospice Home in Oakdale. Few want to think about death but there are people who are willing to create a place for dying and unafraid of being with others on this stage of their journey and we were happy to feed those in attendance. And because we are a catering company, here are the Thai peanut skewers that were on the menu. 💕 blessings to those are their final journey and those who love them.
